Well, my wife is picking them up at the post office today.Man, that took long! What was it, two weeks???
Anyway, I hope to solder it together this week, but you may guess that programming and debugging can take more than some spare time during working days...
Maybe if you encourage me I will speed it up a bit! ;)

Only a week or two and the prototype should be ready.I have ordered two pcb's and some parts.
Pity I have to wait till the pcb's and parts arrive, can't change that...

I'm hoping to place an order to create a prototype pcb today or tomorrow, but I thought this picture would already be interesting:
It's such a small interface!
Maybe I'll get a reward for the smallest Spectrum interface ever! ;)

Bill Savage asked me:"Did you see this one ?
http://www.jrok.com/project/speckey/spec_key.html"
Yes, I have studied that one, but the Spanish designer of my current PC Keyboard Interface had some good arguments that one (jrok.com) has some disadvantages compared to his 'Spanish' one.
I must say I did order the components for the jrok.com interface to test it, but I'm now focussing only on the Spanish interface.

I'm not sure what would be better: creating the interface: ..flat on your desk:
..or straight up against the back of the Spectrum:
This is the complete board!! It's so cute! (ahem..)
Please let me know what you think would be most wise.
